Coroner Seeks Answers in Lilly Low Death Case
A 19 year old Lily Low was found dead with a bullet wound in Washington Heights. Coroner O’Meagher ordered warrants for Dr Thomas J Biggs Henry Champney and Miss Hanson on charges of knowledge of the death. James Low Jr identified Lilly at the morgue and described a troubled life and her move to Miss Hanson’s boarding house in New York with alleged pressure and abuse.
