Overend and Gurney case adjourned amid public disdain
The Overend and Gurney case is adjourned again. Dr Adam Thorn, a beleaguered yet tenacious shareholder, faced harsh reception amid debate over public interest in the trial of directors. Creditors are urged to accept the balance due as calls have raised over £2,000,000 for creditors. £10 per share remains unpaid.
