Conference With Governor To day May Bring a Solution of Strike

Trustees of the Boston Elevated railway and the carmen's union pressed talks to end the strike. At the Governor's suggestion an arbitration board was proposed with Vahey Barum and a third member chosen by the Governor or agreed by the union. No decision by midnight and another meeting set for nine tomorrow morning.
