At about 5 am in Bennington Vermont John Gunshannon was killed in his front yard as relatives and local troublemakers Keenan Gunshan non, James Condon and George Gavin argued and stoned the house. Keenan struck Gunshannon with an iron tool and three fatal blows. All four men were arrested within an hour and jailed as a widow with nine children mourns.
