Francis Bacon in Nichol's Life and Philosophy reviewed

A critical brisk review of John Nichol’s Part II Francis Bacon biography. The piece argues Nichol fails to place Bacon among the great philosophers, praising Nichol’s style but contending Bacon’s mind blends reason with theology. It lauds Bacon’s influence on science and humane progress, noting Emerson’s similar inspirational reach.
