Two year old Walter J. Wickes, son of Bernard H. Wickes of 54 Paulina Street West Somerville, was struck by a Lowell electric streetcar on Broadway near Paulina Street shortly after 7 pm. Stolen Stamp Ring Involving Two Boston Teens
