Vindication by Hampton Indian school students

A Hampton Indian school student spokesman asserts self governance by a five member council, reports to General Armstrong, and disputes Rev. Dr Childs impressions. He describes confinement practices as solitary in the guard room, limited to rare cases, with optional disclosure of liquor sources. He notes diet improvements and a generally respectful policy toward students, and that many will miss Hampton and their teachers upon departure.
