No Home Brew in Wisconsin
Madison Wisconsin June 30 A prohibition enforcement bill sponsored by Governor Blaine and amended by the State Assembly to forbid home brew manufacture was signed today by the Governor. The measure becomes effective tomorrow. Blaine had vetoed a prior enforcement bill over its home brew section and proposed his own substitute. He had argued the section could not be enforced and that the state lacked funds. The governor's measure passed after his Senate supporters deserted him and the home brew amendment remained.
