Organized highwaymen terrorize Brooklyn streets in bold daylight

Count de Chambord Promises to Restore Monarchy in France

A Paris manifesto from Count de Chambord asserts he will not abdicate his throne or abandon the monarchical principle. He denounces Caesarism and anarchy, pledges to uphold the French flag, and calls for alliance and reorganization to restore France’s prestige and happiness.
