Move for Castle Island preservation in Boston park system

Mr Underhill of Somerville opposed the adoption of resolutions in favor of Castle Island preservation as part of Boston's park system. James De Costa, 36, of 93 West Cedar Street, is jailed on assault with a razor charge after a fight with James Kent at the Cambridge and West Cedar streets corner. Kent was hospitalized with a deep 19 inch back wound. De Costa’s razor case was found on arrest.
