An attractive young woman accused of many office thefts in Malden and northern Boston suburbs appeared in Back Bay last night. Dr J S Cunard of 108 Huntington Avenue reported she left with a 22 karat gold plate valued at 22 dollars containing several teeth.
Police believe the suspect operated across the Malden area and targeted dentist offices. An all points alarm was issued after she visited Dr Cunard and arranged future work while stealing a gold plate during the distraction. She is about 19, 5 feet 5 inches, 115 pounds, dark complexioned with a thick upper lip, wearing dark clothes and a gray muff.
A nervous woman’s dream triggered a burglar alarm at 851 Boylston street. Police from Boylston street station searched surrounding hallways and rooftops for about thirty minutes before concluding there was no intruder, and that indigestion likely caused the disturbance.
Gloucester business leaders vow to oppose the reciprocity treaty to the end and warn it will ruin the city. Representative Crane introduces a bill for a legislative inquiry as Senators Lodge and Crane side with the measure while a Senate majority resists and the President aims to push it through.
A post report canvass shows 42 in favor and 48 against Canadian reciprocity in the Senate at night. Support splits party lines with 39 Republicans opposing and 28 Democrats in favor, signaling fragile bipartisanship and uncertain passage this session.

He suffered injuries but returned to the stage and completed his role as the act ended, with the accident causing a stir among performers but little disruption to the audience.
In the final scene Constantino, playing Johnson the road agent, is captured and tied as he is led astride a horse for his execution. Actor Fred Stone appears nearby as the cowboy character.

Authorities launched a search for a girl named Arnold who vanished after beginning a shopping trip. Investigators are reviewing nearby stores and surveillance to locate her quickly.
Dorothy H. C. Arnold, last seen Dec 12 leaving her father Francis B. Arnold’s home in New York, may have vanished after a Fifth Avenue shopping trip. Boston police are urged to search, with a $1000 reward offered for information leading to her whereabouts dead or alive.
Dr Michael Clark MP of Alberta told a Canadian Club banquet at Parker House that reciprocity is a move in the right direction and, like the governor, sees proposals as largely carried for Canada though free traders fear a partial wall removal. He praised US strides toward free trade and urged readers to study the Declaration of Independence.
Rene Simon, aviation pioneer, in Houston on January 27 staged a historic feat by guiding a herd of cattle with his airplane. He landed near the field, circled the steer herd, and directed them toward the cowboys, then drove them to the fence and released them toward the prairie.
Ralph Taylor, known as the silk hat burglar serving 21 years, was captured at Bedford station fourteen miles north of Sing Sing after a night on the run. Police said he escaped with two companions by striking guards with musical instruments. He denied any preplanned plot and claimed to know nothing of the others.
Josep R. Carr former city engineer of Chelsea and Boston Society of Civil Engineers died at his home 32 Gardner Street Chelsea after months of illness. He was senior partner at J RR Carr & Co civil engineers and real estate dealers.
Investigators advance two theories about Miss Arnold's vanishing. One cites a love affair with a foreign nobleman and a secret correspondence found in her desk. Extensive searches of ships and wireless networks yielded no clue, while Pinkertons tracked the suspected contact with no results.
