Apany New York Jan 26 The Democratic State committee met to fill the vacancy on the national committee caused by the death of Llubert O Thompson. After 30 ballots the body adjourned at 11 p m without a decision, the vote tied 17 to 17 for Henry J Mowrey of Syracuse and Roswell P Flower of New York. The national committee will have to fill the vacancy.
