Providence reports a divorce petition by Dr. C Franklin Mohr against his wife, now on trial as an accomplice in his murder. Justice Stearns rules the charges not proper for jury consideration after a two hour verbal battle over the alibi document. Attorneys Fitzgerald and Cushing argued against Attorney General Rice with the paper safeguarded from jurors.
