Mrs Mabel M Thewlis testified in Worcester that her husband Victor Thewlis former Sunday School superintendent ordered her from home to bring the affair with Mrs Mary Lincoln a stenographer. She said they were seen arm in arm in Worcester cafes and hotels and that Lincoln now lives in Boston. Thewlis heads a Canadian mill and Lincoln was employed by him.

Army Leader Swift Routed From State House Disturbance
Police from Station 4 dispersed Morrison I Swift and about 100 followers who had gathered at the State House seeking a hearing with Governor Guild.
