Joseph Boieton was sentenced in the Superior Criminal Court by Judge Richardson to five years in the State Prison for burglary at the home of Charles W. W. Riddle on Roanoke avenue Jamaica Plain on Dec 14. He pleaded guilty and was found with plunder later in a Kneeland street pawn shop. The case linked to other incidents of theft in the area.
