A Washington dispatch says guerrillas appeared near Woodlawn yesterday forenoon and seized two citizens and four horses. Four Accotink Horse Guards and four from the 1st Michigan pursued, recaptured the captives and horses, and captured one guerrilla with six horses and accoutrements.
