Arrest of Dr E M Neilson in Lancaster bank affair ends in Clinton
Dr E M Neilson was brought to Clinton from Rutland Vermont by detectives Dyson and Hayter. He faced an arraignment for being an accessory before the fact in bonds theft and pled not guilty. Bail set at 15600 with two sureties. case continued to Tuesday. Det Dyson produced 15000 in mortgage bonds and a $1000 note from West Rutland Marble Co as evidence.
