Annual Meeting of Unton Camprmer Horse Ratroop Company Adjourned

The annual meeting in Cambridge was called for January 10 at the company office, but a quorum of stockholders failed to attend and the meeting was adjourned to a future date to be named. Reports of the Union and Cambridge Horse Railroad Companies had appeared earlier.

The annual meeting at No 30 Court Street elected officers for the year. George W Lyman presided as president with William P Mason on Accounts and a board including Francis Gray Ignatius Sargent and Thomas Perkins. The year’s profits totaled 141,917 dollars.
