Marshall Wins Fourth State Billiard Match at Union Rooms
The fourth game of the state billiard championship was played Wednesday afternoon at the Union billiard rooms. LE H. Marshall defeated T. N. Allen who scored 83 points. Marshall had a high run of 24 to Allen's 6, with a winner's average of 2. Referee was E. L. Smith. Later, Smith and Baker face off, then Campbell and Eames play in the evening.

Navy men depart for New York yard after draft
Lieut H L Tyler of the U S N led a draft of seven sailors from the receiving ship Wabash to the New York navy yard on Wednesday. Corporal J E Hollker of the U S M C was discharged from his enlistment term having expired.

Brakeman Injured After Foot Caught in Yard Frog
David Quay a brakeman on the Boston and Albany railroad was injured in the freight yards on Boston Wednesday when his foot caught in a frog and he fell. He was attended by fellow workers and transported for medical care.
