John H. Taylor, 24, captured after two gunpoint arrests in Nashua. He fled from Osgood Construction Office on Teast Hollis Street, firing on Officer Cleary and later Officer Gray. 225 two cent stamps found on him. bond set at 1000 for trial tomorrow morning.

Newton boy sues over acid injury from exploding golf ball

Moyle Swiber, a Newton boy blinded by acid from an exploding golf ball, filed a $10,000 damages suit yesterday at East Cambridge courthouse through his father Henry J Swiber. The suit names St Mun go Manufacturing Co of Boston as the maker of the ball.
