In Gadsden county near Mount Pleasant yesterday Henry Thomas and Albert Stafford fought a pistol duel over a girl. Both men were killed.
A five story building at 86 Broadway extending to Crosby Street was destroyed by fire. The loss includes United Shirt & Collar Company Blumenthal & Steiner florists and feather merchants and M Wasser man flowers. Total probable loss about $150 000.
