In Boston yesterday only the man with a new $200 fur lined over coat and the woman with a seal cape found the cold tolerable. Old Prob forecasts another cold day. At Emergency Hospital many frostbite cases were treated as early as 6 a.m. in the incident room with laboring men prominent among the patients.
