Edison Plant Fire Wrecks Pearl Street Works in New York
A major blaze at the Bedison Electric Plant on Pearl Street New York caused heavy damage estimated at over 125000 dollars. Fire started in the dynamo room and spread through the building as engineers shut off currents and fire crews battled flames for an hour.
