Sleigh accident injures Brookhouse in Somerville

Mr John H Brookhouse of Willow Avenue West Somerville was thrown from a sleigh on Central Street when the horse bolted. The 77 year old suffered serious head injuries and was taken home after treatment by Drs Durell and Stevens. The young lady escaped with bruises. The horse was recaptured and the sleigh was wedged between a tree and fence.
