Amendments to City Charter Revise Mayor and Council Terms

A committee with the City Solicitor and City Clerk presents a revised City Charter to the City Council and Legislature. The draft increases wards to sixteen, shifts annual elections to December's second Tuesday, and standardizes terms for mayor and aldermen at two years with staggered elections to gain administrative experience.
