They located a moonshine still but fled before capture, leaving Kramer to break up the apparatus with the mash stirring tool. State issues for new trial in three defendants

Exceptions in the cases of Godfrey IL. Cabot Robert D. Weston and Hector M. Holmes setting forth grounds on law issues for a new trial were filed. The three were tried again on Jan. 95 on charges of conspiring to steal papers from Daniel H. Coakley. Weston and Holmes were charged with receiving the stolen papers. all were found not guilty of conspiracy, while Cabot was released. A motion for a new trial remains pending and Judge Fessenden has not ruled on sentence.
