Nineteen City Workers Discharged In Wave Of Cuts

The city discharged nineteen employees from the street and water departments. William H. Johnson, a John R. Murphy lieutenant, was discharged after a prior reinstatement alleged to be aided by political influence. Kelley Sentenced for Life in East Cambridge Court
