Chief Strategist Mayor Thomas N. Hart and Deputy Chief Strategist Jesse M. Gove lead a district strategy outline. For Saturday and Sunday Maine New Hampshire Vermont likely snow flurries with fresh northwesterly winds. Massachusetts Rhode Island Connecticut expect brisk to high northwesterly winds and continued fair to partly cloudy conditions inland.
