Adoption of Resolutions Condemnatory of City Government
An adjourned Democratic ward and county committee meeting at the Young Men's Democratic Club discussed and adopted city government protest resolutions. Debates over police chief and alderman vacancies led to separate consideration and final passage by 24 to 9 votes. Kansas resolves included foreign news and a commission court report on a maritime case from Port Louis with disputed prison conditions.
