Following a sensational raid in a Back Bay hotel authorities alleged Dr. Walter Brown Willey Jr of Everett was found with an Everett debutante. His wife Mrs Helen P Willey formerly of Bangor Maine has filed libel for divorce.
With divorce papers filed in Middlesex county, a young doctor made urgent efforts yesterday to reconcile with his wife or reach a peaceful settlement.
A proposed rule to curb auto parking in downtown areas will go to Police Commissioner Wilson today from Street Commissioner Noyes at Mayor Curley’s request. The plan allows parking on the north and east sides in the morning and on the south and west sides in the afternoon to speed snow removal and assist Boston Elevated Co operations. Edward Dana of the Boston Elevated says current parked cars impede snowplows and hinder clearing of main streets.
Mrs Solonea Di Blasi aged 60 of 2 Washington Place North End is believed to have killed herself and her nephew Nunzio Di Blasi aged 20 at the same address. Joseph Di Blasi found both bodies after visiting about 7 PM. A gas line from the stove had been pulled, filling the rooms with gas. The aunt had prayed for her husband’s return, his current address unknown.
