Kansas, Colorado and California Railroad Plan Filed

The Kansas Colorado and California Railroad Company filed articles of incorporation in Kansas. It plans a 600 mile line from near central Elsworth County to the Arkansas River in Hamilton County, connecting with a Colorado-New Mexico line to Albuquerque. Transfer of Central Railway of New Jersey Reverts to Owners

Injunction Against Huntington in Bond Dispute

The Farmers Loan and Trust Co secured a temporary Supreme Court injunction restraining the Morgans Louisiana and Texas Railroad and Steamship Co and Collis P Huntington from selling transferring or disposing of 850 Houston Texas Central Railway bonds dated April 1 1881 with 1000 each and 6 percent interest secured by a general mortgage to the trust company as trustee.
