The Public Service Commission yesterday ordered the New York New Haven and Hartford Railroad to file each month a list of trains late by five minutes or more with reasons. It also requires a statement on the status of plans to improve passenger service within the state.
President Wilson expresses disappointment over Germany’s answer to the peace note. Berlin merely asks to meet with Entente allies before outlining any concrete terms to end the war.
