Bankruptcy court rules on proof of note and assignee profits
In Re Grigibhs in Bankruptcy the register refused to accept an affidavit without the original note, but the court held proof valid absent a dispute over validity or amount and allowed production of the note later. In E S Young the court found no fraud in the sale of bankrupt stock to Ferdinand and ordered the assignee to account for profits. Petitions filed include Campbell, Palmer, Coffey, Harding, Little, and Haggett.
