William O Neil, 65, of 28 Valley Street Wakefield, was struck by a passing car while crossing near North Union station. He was thrown to the ground and suffered fractures to nearly all ribs on his right side. He was sent to City Hospital.
Kingdon Gould son of George J Gould, a Columbia University freshman, fired a revolver over the heads of pursuing sophomores during an attempted capture for a sophomore dinner. He fled to a fraternity house, was held prisoner until 6 pm, then rescued by his father who escorted him away guarded by three men.
