Mrs Helen M. Stewart, 69, widowed twice, contests the will of Joseph Stewart, a State Street printer, alleging she married him to save his life after a physician advised marriage. The couple wed on May 15, soon after which Stewart named her in his will and transferred life insurance to her. he died June 2. Her son and daughter from New York and Mattapan oppose.
