Plan to end Lopez water supply standoff in Utah mine
In Bingham Utah on December 10 sheriffs pursue Ralph Lopez, accused of six deaths, by cutting water to the Apex mine. A posse will enter the underground to block water sources and guard against drink attempts, amid fears of another deadly clash after November fights that killed deputies.
