Ocala Florida December 7 192? A Citizens Alliance is formed to create local citizens alliances in cities and large towns nationwide. J D Holden of Kansas is president Ralph Beaumont of New York secretary and P B Wild of Washington DC treasurer. The three also serve as its executive committee and a national headquarters will be established in Washington DC with expansion to include a representative from each state as membership grows.
Curiaco Dec. 7 The Cherokee nation has been offered 10 000 000 for the Cherokee strip by livestock men who have occupied the land for several years past. This is 3 000 000 more than the United States offered for the lands.
London December 7 ships sailed for Boston and New York including the Virginian Basil Para Gullia and Nevada bound for New York. In N S December 6 the Seraphine sailed to Boston while Gold Hunter and Samalphon arrived from Boston.
