Death in Crash at Rochester New Hampshire
A northeast bound regular freight collided with a special freight at Rochester on December 6. Engineer J. W W. Patterson and brakeman Albert Foster of the special were killed. Several cars piled three high on the main track. Patterson was killed instantly, Foster died soon after.
