Harry Irving Mabbett Plymouth mill owner sues his wife Ruth Hauthaway Mabbett in a cross libel alleging infidelity and cruel abusive treatment following a divorce case started last month by Mrs Mabbett. The parties are Brookline social figures formerly of Brockton.
