Filipinos Surrender at Bayombong in Nueva Vizcaya

General Conon surrendered 800 officers and men with rifles to Lieutenant Monroe and fifty men of the Fourth Cavalry. The force included several Americans and seventy Spanish prisoners at the Bayombong garrison in Nueva Vizcaya Province.
