Capture Thief After Pursuit in Medford

Earle Wilson age 19 was arrested after a chase through Medford lasting over a mile. He is charged with breaking and entering the homes of Roderick McKinnon and Robert Houg. Jewelry thrift stamps and watches identified as stolen were found on his person. Wilson says he lives in Charlestown.

United States Vote Equal to England in League of Nations

Senate foreign relations committee approved a second textual amendment to the peace treaty granting the United States equal representation with Great Britain in the League of Nations. Senator Johnson of California offered the proposal as Lodge comments followed the committee’s executive session.

Boy Drowns After Falling From Boat at Corbett's Pond

Mother Sees Child Killed in Lynn Street Accident

Edith C. Falkins age 2 of 2 Superior street Lynn was fatally struck by a heavy truck on Superior street near her home while crossing to answer a playmate. The driver Harry Holt and vehicle owner Brunswick Holland Co were arrested for manslaughter and later released on bail.
