He posted 3000 dollars in bonds to appeal a two year Municipal Court sentence and was arrested again for failure to support a minor child, Sadie Solomon eight, of New York City. Solomon had been returning home from the Charles Street Jail to greet his former wife, whom he wed on July 4 while involved with Dorchester resident Miss Ida Goldberg.

In Haverhill on Emerson Street, Corinne Seguin, a factory girl, shot herself after a suspected failed romance. The firearm was a 2 calibre revolver, found in her right temple, with the telephone receiver off the hook. Her roommate Miss Frances O'Brien found the body. Samuel Provider, 43, of 78 Holloway street Roxbury, was treated at City Hospital after officers applied a tourniquet. The other vehicle was owned and operated by Joseph M Dolan of Arlington. Both cars sustained heavy damage.
