Crowley arraigned for assault with intent to kill and continued to the 29th on $5000 bonds. Fay held for superior court at 1500, Russell charged with assault and battery with a loaded object held at 500, Doherty to be tried today for larceny. South Boston Court imposed six months for Cosgrove assault, Murphy detained for superior court on aiding a prisoner to escape, and for assault, a $300 upper court hold. Bunker Hill fined McLaughlin $20 for evading car fare.
