Mayor Lincoln Levee Follows Common Telegraph Celebration

After the Common review on Tuesday evening Mayor Lincoln held a levee at his Pinckney street mansion attended by city officials and several military and other gentlemen. An elegant repast and brief speeches ended a joyous social inter course, concluding the telegraph cable celebration.
