Boston wholesale fish dealers plan their first outing for wounded veterans from Parker Hill hospital tomorrow. About 100 veterans will travel by car to Gloucester for a midday banquet, banners on vehicles, and a Bay State heroes slogan. Other outings are noted for West Roxbury and Cambridge veterans today and this afternoon.
