French Troops on Transport Codhar Arrive at Hong Kong

Electric Car Crashes Hurt Charlestown Pedestrians

Charlestown reports two electric car accidents yesterday injuring pedestrians. Patrick Daily, 60, of 20 St. Martin Street, struck on Bunker Hill Street around 2 p.m., injured back and taken home by friends. Later, an outward bound Lynn car collided with A. Lash’s carriage on the new bridge to Chelsea near the draw, injuring Albert Holbrook and William H. Johnson.

Two youths held on larceny from the person charges

James McLaughlin, 19, of Cambridge, and William McDonald, 20, of Harrison, were jailed after alleged thefts from individuals. McLaughlin is accused of taking 60 and a pint of whiskey from Murdoch 8 on Cambridge Street. McDonald allegedly took $10 from Patrick Cain on Icott Street near Hanover.
