Fugitive Lyons Arrested in New York After Boston Larceny Case

Boston report notes Edward Lyons, who fled during a five minute recess in a Washington Street larceny trial, was arrested in New York after being traced by Officer Lynch. Bondsman John Augustus seen with Lyons. Lyons had fled two to three days in Boston before heading to Roxbury and New York. Lyons held for trial as details emerge.
