Crimson Rose of Sacrifice and Peace
Poem reflecting on war’s cost, sacrifice, and a call for peace. The speaker blends a crimson rose symbol with biblical imagery, urging an end to strife and hoping for a dawn of freedom and healing after conflict. The verse invokes Olive’s garden, Palestine, and Christ’s passion as it contrasts war’s bloodshed with peaceful renewal.
