Exodus to Europe Saturates News as Comet Tail Forecast

The city eyes a greater exodus to Europe amid a comet tail prediction around the 17th inst. Boston Theatre welcomes the Republicaine band from Paris

The audience filled the Boston Theatre as the Fresco Band opened with Hail Columbia. The French players impressed the crowd with Semiramis and William Tell overtures and L Appel du Regiment. Encores followed as a medley of national airs closed the concert. Tonight the band repeats at the same venue. Humpty Dumpty and St James theatres also drew fair crowds, but space limits full coverage.
