Governor weighs plea on 1918 murder case execution
An affidavit by Dr. Harmon P. McKnight alleging Luigi Feci killed Louis Souli is rejected by Middlesex District Attorney Nathan A. Tufts as a lie. Tufts asserts the murder case against Francisco Feci remains sound and calls for the electrocution to proceed. The Governor will decide after consideration.
